At Travelo Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We will gladly arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Delivery & Tracking

All orders are delivered through Aramex across South Africa.

Every order includes a tracking number so you can track your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
